The Sales Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer acquisition objectives. He/she represents the entire range of company products and services.
You will be responsible in:
Identify sales opportunities and achieve sales revenue/targets.
Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Manage and maintain existing customer data base
Attend to customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Engaging with customer in a professional and friendly manner to successfully promote and market the required solutions.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
5 years software sales experience
Possess a Diploma or Degree Qualification preferred but not necessary.
Strong Business acumen.
Proven sales track record.
Understanding and experience in managing a long term and complex sales cycle.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and ‘get it done’ mentality at all times.
Strong organisational, written and communication skills.
Enjoy pitching, negotiating and closing new business.
Able to work in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
