THE RESPONSIBLITIES

• Lead the finance team

  • track budget and accounting information, such as billing, collections and tax information

  • oversee the taxation affairs of the company and liaising with the external tax firm for advice

  • implement and advising on strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs

  • conduct risk management analyses to ensure the company has a solid risk framework

  • oversee the cash flow of the business and ensuring it has appropriate treasury controls in place

  • manage the end-to-end audit process of current financial systems

  • prepare financial statements and business activity reports and presenting them to top executives

  • recommend cost reduction strategies and allocating budgets

• Lead the budget and forecast process, including quantitative analysis around key business drivers

  • Assess economic and Janio specific drivers and their impact on Janio’s financials

  • Deliver forecast analytics and insights that result in a corporate perspective

  • Manage the budget and forecast calendar, coordinating with key stakeholders

  • Actively seek opportunities to improve tools and processes

    • Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics

    • Become an expert on Janio’s business and financial drivers

    • Work closely with CEO on external reporting
