Nutritionist
Salary: $2500 - $3500/month

Overall Job Purpose
This role exist to facilitate and improvement the nutritional health function to the organization food service business. The role will be responsible for providing day to day advice and support to business units and provide information on nutrition- and allergen-related while promoting and maintaining the safety and sustainable culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day-to-day nutrition- and allergen-related support for assigned business units in their area.
- Train unit teams on how to maintain the company's comprehensive nutrition programs and enhance their effectiveness.
- Execute all nutrition program and allergen management related initiative to meet personal and team’s KPI.
- Advise and address nutritional related issues, queries and concerns pertaining to menu.
- Participate in weekly Operations & Nutrition Client meetings.
- Assist in the meal planning and vetting of menu and new products in accordance to the nutrition, allergen and sustainability requirement.
- Conduct regular kitchen and inventory inspection and staff training to ensure compliance and get better in areas for improvement.
- Review and assist in the development of best practices and registration of Healthier Dining Program.
- Conduct campaigns, roadshows, and virtual initiatives to educate clients on nutritional healthy and sustainable eating.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics/ Nutrition/ Food Science & Nutrition or other relevant qualifications.
- At least 3 years of experience in food service nutrition, Childhood, or Sports Nutrition.
- Registered as a Dietician with SNDA.
- Knowledge of allergen and nutrition legislation, standards, and codes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Nutritionist Pro or other nutrients analysis software, web-based software applications.
