Human Resource (HR) Specialist

4,150 SGD - 5,150 SGD/Month
  • 5 days per week
  • Location: Central
  • MNC in FMCG
  • Basic up to $5500
  • Entitled with fixed allowance
  • AWS & VB provided

Job Scope:

  • Handle talent & development such as allocation, acquisition, train & review performance of staff
  • Handle staff's compensation and benefits 
  • Manage employer & employee staff relationship
  • Act as HR consultancy on issue related to local employment
  • Liaise with Legal Counsel to handle industrial relation court cases
  • Oversee the entire function of HR Services and provide necessary advice & control action as if needed

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Human Resource
  • Minimum 3 years of good working experience with the relevant HR function
