Human Resource (HR) Specialist
- 5 days per week
- Location: Central
- MNC in FMCG
- Basic up to $5500
- Entitled with fixed allowance
- AWS & VB provided
Job Scope：
- Handle talent & development such as allocation, acquisition, train & review performance of staff
- Handle staff's compensation and benefits
- Manage employer & employee staff relationship
- Act as HR consultancy on issue related to local employment
- Liaise with Legal Counsel to handle industrial relation court cases
- Oversee the entire function of HR Services and provide necessary advice & control action as if needed
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Human Resource
- Minimum 3 years of good working experience with the relevant HR function
