Customer Service Officer (Healthcare) #HLY
Job Description:
- Attends to reception duties.
- Attends to customer complaints (received verbally or through letters) expeditiously. Informs the Centre Manager about such complaints and carries out corrective or preventive actions in consultation with Centre Manager.
- Performs general administrative duties such as preparing statistics, filing, typing, and dispatching of mails and reports, ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Min N/O level and above
- No experience needed as training is provided
- Able to commence on immediate/ short basis
- Renewable / convertible based on individual's performance
