A Patient Service Associate will facilitate patients' journeys through the various service points in our clinics and provide strong support to our clinicians in delivery of quality care to our patients.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·         Patients’ registration

·         Appointment scheduling

·         Handling patients’ general enquiries

·         Screening of patients' general condition

·         Referral, checkout and administrative duties.

 

Requirements:

·         Min N/O/A levels/ Diploma

·         No Experience needed/ Full training and guidance will be provided during work

·         Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months

·         Able to start work immediately as positions are urgent

    ·         Registration of patient’s visit, issuance of queue ticket, retrieves or create patient records and assist in any administrative work required at front counter

    ·         Billing enquiries and cashiering duties

    ·         Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and advice on the necessary tests / investigations

    ·         Assist in preparing clinic reports

    ·         Liaise with doctors, nurses and internal departments on any clarifications for patient matters

    ·         Assist in counter closing
