To be responsible for all deliverables required in the agreement with the organisation
To plan and organise the resources available to align with the operational requirements for fix it and programmed maintenance
Managing all minor repairs and fix it work within the budget
Work closely with other service providers in the hospital to be part of the team to create a safe and sound environment for the patients, staff and visitors
Constantly engaging the client and end users to seek feedback, gaps and improvement opportunities through surveys and dialogue
Responsible for overall customer and end users relationship management while exercising cost control monitor and measure with the awareness to generating additional works to enhance margin
To stabilize the tam during operations and continued to seek improvement in the organisation structure and operations process to improve supports to the hospital
Minimum Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in supervision works.
Must be matured and self-motivated
5.5 days alternate Saturdays- Work hours are Mon-Thur (8.30am to 6.00pm); Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm); Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm).
