The Job

As a Business Development Executive, you will provide consultation and insights to SME business owners in Singapore on how to bring their existing business digital with new technologies


Responsibilities

  • Develop and follow up on potential new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research on clients and competitors marketing campaign, brand positioning and awareness
  • Support Business Development Director by creating client proposals and contracts 
  • Attending face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and consultatively pitch solutions
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
  • Effectively managing existing client relationships to retain revenue
  • Creation of order forms, sales quotations and related paperwork
  • Provide reports on activity with current and potential clients
  • Analyze incoming leads and provide insights along with optimization measures to generate more leads

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Sales Operations/ Support or Customer Success role.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple clients to drive desired outcomes.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Candidates with prior experience in ICT or Digital Marketing can be considered for senior position
  • Only Singaporeans
