As a Business Development Executive, you will provide consultation and insights to SME business owners in Singapore on how to bring their existing business digital with new technologies
Develop and follow up on potential new business opportunities
Conduct market research on clients and competitors marketing campaign, brand positioning and awareness
Support Business Development Director by creating client proposals and contracts
Attending face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and consultatively pitch solutions
Establish and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
Effectively managing existing client relationships to retain revenue
Creation of order forms, sales quotations and related paperwork
Provide reports on activity with current and potential clients
Analyze incoming leads and provide insights along with optimization measures to generate more leads
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Sales Operations/ Support or Customer Success role.
Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple clients to drive desired outcomes.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Candidates with prior experience in ICT or Digital Marketing can be considered for senior position
