Responsibilities:

HUMAN RESOURCE

 

  • Maintain/update staff files, Leaves, Payroll and CPF, medical & hospital benefits
  • Conduct recruitment efforts; conduct new-employee orientations; monitors career-path programs
  • Application/Renewal of Employment Pass (EP) for foreigners (if relevant)
  • On board new staff, to include email creation, copier link, computer and peripherals purchase, name cards, N3 license for engineers and more
  • Support performance management process when required
  • Handle Annual IR8A
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Make and submit, semi-annual reports to EDB for IPP grant (if relevant)
  • Support the company’s Accountants and Auditors during their year-end audit
  • Maintain and update the company’s Business Travel policy and guidelines
  • Keep abreast with MOM requirements and maintain compliance with the local employment laws

 

ADMINISTRATION

  • Purchase and Maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, furniture, office equipment etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
  • Assist staff in their business travel arrangements (where the travel agency cannot)
  • Arrange hotel accommodation 

 

ACCOUNTS

  • Keep a simple account to track expenses
  • Make timely payments to vendors
  • Do a quarterly GST and withholding tax filing
  • Process monthly expense claims for staff
