Responsibilities:
HUMAN RESOURCE
- Maintain/update staff files, Leaves, Payroll and CPF, medical & hospital benefits
- Conduct recruitment efforts; conduct new-employee orientations; monitors career-path programs
- Application/Renewal of Employment Pass (EP) for foreigners (if relevant)
- On board new staff, to include email creation, copier link, computer and peripherals purchase, name cards, N3 license for engineers and more
- Support performance management process when required
- Handle Annual IR8A
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Make and submit, semi-annual reports to EDB for IPP grant (if relevant)
- Support the company’s Accountants and Auditors during their year-end audit
- Maintain and update the company’s Business Travel policy and guidelines
- Keep abreast with MOM requirements and maintain compliance with the local employment laws
ADMINISTRATION
- Purchase and Maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, furniture, office equipment etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
- Assist staff in their business travel arrangements (where the travel agency cannot)
- Arrange hotel accommodation
ACCOUNTS
- Keep a simple account to track expenses
- Make timely payments to vendors
- Do a quarterly GST and withholding tax filing
- Process monthly expense claims for staff
