About the Role
We are looking for a new member to join the IT Department to primarily focus on installing, maintaining, and repairing computers and networks across our various locations and organizations. As a technician, your responsibility will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure is adequately in place to maximize our team’s efficiency and production.
Job Responsibilities:

Provision, troubleshoot, and decommission employee laptops and other devices as needed
-
Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
-
Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
-
Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks
-
Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
-
Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
-
Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies
-
Installation and management of hardware through Mobile Device Manager
-
Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference

Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
Hiring Criteria:
-
Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role
-
Experience with LAN/WAN networks
-
Experience in system administration in a mixed OS environment (Windows, macOS, iPadOS).

Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software, not limited to computers
-
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
-
Excellent troubleshooting skills

Experience with IP PBX
-
Very good communication abilities
-
Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
-
Knowledgeable on Network Attached Storage (NAS) (Synology)

Experience with CCTV a plus
