Senior Quality Assurance Officer at Raffles Place - Up to $3,500 + PB

- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Quality monitoring
- Providing feedback in a constructive manner
- Adhere to QA SOP guidelines and framework
- Periodic reporting and analysis
- Investigation, coaching and feedback
- Assisting frontline team managers to improve / enhance service quality
- Working cohesively with other teams/stakeholders to achieve company and department objectives
- Handle adhoc tasks assigned by line leader
Period:
- Permanent
Location:
- Near Raffles Place MRT
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Wed to Fri will be in office
- Mon and Tue will WFH (require to come to office if business requires)
Salary:
- Up to $3,500 + PB
Job Requirements:
- At least GCE “A” Level or Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years experience in a QA function
- General Insurance experience is preferred
- Service excellence mindset
- Eye for detail, meticulous with an analytical mindset
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Possess positive work attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
