Clinic Executive (Novena) #HVY
Responsibilities:
● Clinic Assistant duties
● To accompany and assist Physician for out of clinic visits to patients
● To collate clinic patient and sales statistics (extract from software) Present on Power Point format
● To upload articles and clinic updates on social media
● To contact IT Vendor with regards to clinic’s IT matters
● To contact other vendors with regards to clinic’s matters (eg. Ordering of medicine, needles etc.)
● Other Matters pertaining to operations of the clinic.
Requirements:
● Degree in science/bio science would be preferable
