The Office Secretary will maintain the smooth operation of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.  He or She shall handle office schedules, coordinate office staffs meetings, appointments, answer phone calls, maintain filing and inventory records system and perform essential business support activities including e-platform related tasks. The Office Secretary should have minimum essential Microsoft office skills, ability to operate office equipment, customer service experience, proficiency in preparation of minutes and reports. The Secretary should also have attention to details and have strong work ethic. The Office Secretary will report directly to the Chief Administrator. 

1.     Business support services

2.     Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondences

3.     Data entry, preparing and collating reports

4.     Maintain office filing, archiving and record keeping systems

5.     Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and minutes)

6.     Coordinating and liaison include marketing tasks

7.     Secretarial tasks
