You will be responsible for :
Leading a store team to create and maintain the brand experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the financial performance of the store.
Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters and staff costs.
Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures
Stock handling, inventory counting and managing cost of goods
Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales
Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs
Reporting to Area Manager & Operations Manager
Responsible for sales pattern
Communicating effectively with team members
Work professionally - with a personal touch
You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
You also have good experience in Visual Merchandising and CRM.
Prior retail experience in Food & Beverage would be an advantage.
You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
