We are hiring for a company that is a bus chartering and transport service company, with experience in providing quality transport services to our valued clients.
The Job
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office administration in the Maintenance Department
- Paper work, documentation and data entry including issuing invoices and stock taking
- Ensure smooth running of daily workshop operations
- Manage and monitor inventory and storage area (Bus Spare Parts,etc)
- Any ad-hoc duties as instructed by the Management
Ideal Candidate
Key competencies:
- Possess at least N Level certificate or equivalent certificate
- Experiences in Store Keeping and Invoicing preferable
- Long term commitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Willing to learn and has a pleasant personality
- Responsible and independent
- Quick and flexible thinking
