We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Business Development Associate who loves building new relationships. A key day-to-day task will involve assistance in the selection, interview and hiring process, as we source for the right talents for our client.

Role Summary: 
As ScienTec's Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for the business development activities of the organisation and driving of sales growth for the company through the increase of revenue and profits. This includes activities such as lead generation and telemarketing. You will be engaging in discussions to identify new business opportunities, up-sell and cross-sell the suite of services to our clients.

Role:
  • Identify and generate new business or revenue opportunities through warm and cold calls
  • Generate and gather leads
  • Follow through and prepare the terms of business
  • Engage in meaningful discussion with clients and stakeholders.
  • Grow your accounts with collaboration and support from other team members

Requirements: 
  • Min Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree in any field
  • Relevant experience in lead generation or similar fields will be an advantage
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone and enjoy interacting with new people
  • Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Possess an exuberant spirit with the ability to work in a team while striving for individual excellence
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and target driven
