Responsibilities:


Initiate and execute new marketing campaigns and social media plans


Copy write, edit, proof-read and production of online and offline marketing materials


Oversee department social media accounts management


Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts


Analyze campaigns and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement


Manage online lead acquisition channels including email automation (e.g. MailChimp), SEM, paid digital spend, social media and webinars


Liaise with other departments to develop branding campaigns 


Monitor and analyse the competitive landscape, including development of strategic business initiatives


Provide coordination and manpower support for client events/ roadshows


Prepare monthly reports, meeting agendas, presentation and facilitation of meetings 


Review and update Operations Compliance Manual (OCM), and perform in audits, such as Regulatory Compliance Self-Assessment (RCSA)


Requirements:


Diploma/ Degree qualification with min 2 to 3 years of working experience


Highly self-motivated, independent and creative


Possess strong interpersonal skills and a good team player


Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment


IT savvy, possess knowledge in design and video editing software like Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) would be an advantage


Preferably experienced in related field; experience in digital/social media marketing is a plus
