Course Administrator - Biz Ops Team/ $13 per Hour/ 3 Months/ BUONA VISTA
Job Description
Our Client: It is a statutory board & the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support for existing and new training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits and ad hoc events of the college.
Responsible for full spectrum of course administration and logistic duties including:
o Booking of training room o Preparing of training material
o Publicity of course information
o Registration of participants
o Updating of Training Administration System
o Setting up and clearing of classes
o Compiling of course evaluation
o Coordinating travel arrangement
o Managing suppliers and vendors
o Procure items related to programmes/events.
o Timely invoicing to customers
o Timely payments to trainers and suppliers
Monitor course take-ups, revenue and expenses of programmes
Responsible for keeping accurate and proper records.
Proper accrual of expenditures related to the programmes/events.
Comply with college service standards and operations guidelines.
Meet college and team KPIs.
Provide timely publicity of course information, issuing of course placement letters, billing of participants and payment to trainers and vendors.
Provide support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes.
Work with other support units like Finance, AV, Admin and Estate and Customer Service to create a conducive learning environment for the participants.
Manage database system for college alumni.
Work closely with Team Leader to provide timely course updates and raise any potential service lapses to Management.
Work closely with Institute Development Officer to ensure programme support is timely and in accordance with Institute’s requirements.
Job Location: North Buona Vista Road
Job Type: Temporary (3 months w/ possible extension of another 3 months)
Hourly Rated / Max $13 per hour
