a) Be proficient and have a good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standards on Auditing and relevant regulations including the Companies Act

b) Highlight audit and staff issues, report findings and provide recommendations.

c) Manage a portfolio of clients and liaise on audit timing, staff resources and budget/fees.

d) Conducting of audit fieldwork and the performance of timely onsite and offsite review of engagement team’s working papers and ensure due completion of audits.

e) Supervise associates/seniors/supervisors by providing guidance and technical assistance including the provision of feedback and assessment on the performance of team members in the supervision process

f) Planning of manpower resources, monthly roster and planner in accordance to cater to jobs and datelines requirements.

g) Responsible to plan induction for new on boarding staff including trainees and internship programme.

h) Conduct in-house training.

i) Review and ensure completeness and quality of staff work.

j) Manage billings and collections for jobs in your portfolio.

k) Any other and ad-hoc duties as assigned by partners.


  • Possess at least 4 years of working experience in external auditing and 2 years in supervisory role
  • Act in accordance with applicable professional standards
  • Check financial statements to validate accuracy
  • Communicate effectively in a work environment
  • Execute assigned audit tasks under supervision
  • Identify areas for personal development to improve work performance
  • Identify ethical conflicts
  • Identify significant accounting & auditing issues
  • Obtain audit evidence to corroborate information
  • Perform quality audit in compliance with professional standards
