Sales and Marketing Executive - RM job in Boon Lay at Ideals Recruitment

☑ Well Established Construction Equipment Supplier 

☑ Working Hours: 5Days / 8.00am - 5.30pm

☑ Salary: $2500 - $3200 (Depend on Experience)

☑ Location: Gul Way - Company Transport at Joo Koon MRT)

☑ No exp are welcome, on job training provided

Job Scope:

• Support the commercial sales team globally through inside sales, customer service and technical support
• Process customer orders, confirm delivery dates, coordinate changes, and respond to expedite requests for external customers.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Engineering teams to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts
• Manage and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Singapore
• Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports containing relevant information on customers, territories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives
• Manage customer service activities by processing orders, forms, applications, and samples requests

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Computer literacy with advanced level experience using Microsoft Office Excel
