As a Business Growth Director, You will be responsible to:
Plan, identify, and implement business development opportunities and strategies.
Build partnerships and relationships that drive the acquisition of customers across multiple product offerings.
Take on and grow the existing portfolio of partners and onboard new ones.
Lead business relationship between the company and potential partners (e.g. Financial services institutions, Fintech and corporates, etc).
Monitor competition activities and recommend appropriate action.
Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates.
Take ownership of getting the Company fundraising as needed, based on the growth of the business
Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future investors (funds, financial institutions, pensions, multi-nationals, ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, and more)
Producing and updating collaterals including decks, pitchbooks, investor updates, and reports.
Manage the relationships with their fund investors, including through organizing events, scheduling meetings, managing and updating our investors
Drive projects related to lead generation, sales pipeline organizing fundraising roadshows
You have a Bachelor's degree/Professional degree in related field
You have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of business development experience in fintech payments, e-commerce ecosystems, partner management experience, and other related industries.
You have extensive experience in deal-making, partnerships, managing relationships, and creating new opportunities.
You have the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders globally including at the most senior levels.
You have prior fundraising experience in investment banking, private banking, private equity, or venture capital
You have a proven track record of exceptional ownership, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and meeting & exceeding targets.
You have superior communication and presentation skills – able to develop and tell a compelling, data-based story that influences others. Proficient in developing professional and aesthetic presentations.
