Job Description

To meet the expansion of our Childcare centre, we are seeking dedicated, passionate and qualified English and Chinese Childcare assistant Montessori Teachers to join our team.
(Montessori Training will be provided for all staff)

Responsibilities:
  • Routine care of children
  • Curriculum planning and delivery of Montessori lessons 
  • Create a well-prepared and conducive learning environment for students 
  • Work as a guide and facilitator to actively engage students at their individual educational and developmental levels. 
  • Build rapport and communicate with children and parents 
  • Support the Organisation of school activities 
  • Work with main teacher to support preparation of children’s progression reports 
  • Work with main teacher to meet parents to address any concerns for students.

Requirements
:
  • * Diploma in Preschool Teaching/Certificate in Preschool Teaching or other relevant qualification.
  • * Interested candidates without qualification but with relevant experience will be considered.
  • * 5 'O' Levels credits
  • Relevant experience or knowledge in educational development 
  • Good classroom management skill 
  • Working on both opening (7am) and closing (7pm) shifts is expected.
