9 months Customer Relations Officer, Macpherson --- Up to $2500

• Regularly follow-up on leads and sales inquires from sales team 
• Manage and coordinate appointments as required (Via email correspondence/ phone calls)
• Maintain good relationship with customers to retain client base
• Effective handling of all customers’ enquiries (B2B), feedbacks and complaints in a professional manner
• Update database and backend operation tasks.
• Generating report or any other task as assigned 

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Mass communication/ Business / Marketing / Hospitality
• No experience is required
• Able to commit immediately for 9 months
• 5 working days, office hours
• Traineeship program
• Location: Macpherson
