9 Months Contract Call Centre Associate: $2700 - $3200

 

• Attend to inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure highest standard of service delivery to customers
• Handle inbound enquiries from customers on banking products and services
• Solicit customer feedback, identify problem trends and recommend improvement actions.
• Process waivers and perform administrative duties when required
• Ensure that all calls are provided within the agreed service quality

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holders and above
• Preferably 2 years of experience in the related field
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Available immediate or within short notice
