Job Description

Purpose of Position:

  • Receive inbound calls / emails from customers with regards to their enquires / requests and to follow up with other departments / actions. Resolve customer issues.

Jobscope 

  • Answering of calls / emails promptly
  • 100% accuracy in system entry
  • Timeliness in follow up action
  • No complaint with regards to customer serviceKey Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Answer enquires via emails and phones
  • Key in call details into the system
  • Route calls to the appropriate personnel if required
  • Handle simple escalation
  • Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee to policy holders
  • Follow up calls to the customers if necessary
  • Provide admin support to the team

Requirements 

  • Min N / O level
  • Min 2 to 3 years of experience as call centre
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance industry is preferred 
  • Experience in healthcare claim will be an advantage 
  • Able to commit for 6 months 

Salary range: $2K to $2.6K
