6 Months Temp to Perm Finance Assistant ($1800 to $2300)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

 

Location: Near to Gul Circle MRT

 

Pay: $1800 to $2300 (Depending of experience)

 

Duration:  6 Months Temp convertible to Perm 

 

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday,  8:00am to 5:30pm 

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable duties
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of Invoices
• Follow up with customers on all outstanding payments
• Liaise with customers and internal departments on billing matters
• Update incoming receipts in ERP system on a timely basis
• Issue statements of account and reminder letters to customers
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliation and inter-company confirmation
• Prepare AR ageing analysis reports and sales reports
• Update audit schedules
• Assist with month-end closing and prepare journal entries
• Maintain fixed asset register 
• Assist in preparation of quarterly GST filing 

 

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent 
- Training will be provided
