6 Months Renewable Logistic / $1800 / North

Summary:

Part of the Asia Pacific operation whereby incumbent will be part of the operation handling inbound and/or outbound shipments.

Job Scope:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in import/export documentations
• Report any discrepancies found on assigned duties.
• Perform or carry out cycle count when required
• Participate in Kaizen Events
• Ensure compliance of operations with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and safety policies, procedures and guidelines
• Ensure Orders are shipped as per Order requirement.
• Prepare and Ensure completeness of Shipping Documents (HS code/Qty/COO).
• Maintain records of shipment status, data and all filing of shipping records
• To carry out accurate checks upon receiving from vendor’s deliveries or Field Return.
• To perform putaway per designated location and labeling.
• Check Return item physical ensure all information is accurate for processing.
• Inventory check - pick,pack verify as needed 
• Responsible for filling of all receiving related documents.
• Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent with some internship experiences
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communicative skills
• Comfortable to work Overtime as needed
