6 Months Data Supply Analyst/ Manufacturing / $3500

Summary:

Assisting the engineers with data analysis and laising with various vendors and/or suppliers 

Job Scope:

• Supplier data (NCMR weekly report, DPPM trend, SCAR monitoring, supplier scorecard, supplier re-evaluation index) compilation for analytical use.
• Update Quality summary for monthly review and meeting.
• Send report to suppliers.
• Work together with SQE Engineers and Global Sourcing team to ensure completeness of supplier record files according to Global Purchasing Controls and Supplier Management Process procedure.
• Work with suppliers on parts and process improvement activities.
• Support new product introduction projects.
• Review and check inspection report from suppliers.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Math/ Business/ Satistic/ Finance
• Strong with Excel - Pivot Table, V-lookup and Gantt Chat will be highly advantageous
• Meticulous and detailed
• Comfortable to work in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in 6 sigma, CPK and SPC will be an added advantage.
