Job Description

Monday - Friday, 9-615pm

Job scope:


Professional and quick response in managing consumer feedback/Complaints/Inquiries/Requests 
Proactively obtain updates on new products / promotions from the Brand Teams
Update the agencies on new product launches/ campaigns
Consult and liaise with QA/factory for sample analysis on product issues
Sudden spike in complaints (i.e promotions / delivery issues)
Close monitoring on repeated product issues
Managing Consumer services in their daily operations
To raise consignment for product replacement locally


•             Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•             Minimum a diploma or degree holder
