Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Inspect whole office daily to identify maintenance issues
  • Liaise with vendors on all maintenance related issues
  • Manage annual service maintenance schedule
  • Ensure service reports are provided by vendors and highlight any issue
  • Attend to vendors and ensure they are accompanied within the office at all times
  • Sort documents and send for storage archiving
  • Stationary Inventory check
  • Preparation for new joiners and collection from leavers
  • Collate orders for Admin Team
  • Receive purchases
  • Check invoicing
  • Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in office facilities administration & maintenance
  • Able to start work within short notice
