6 Months Contract HR Recruitment Executive: $2600 - $3000

 

• Source for candidates using a variety of search methods and job boards to build a candidate pipeline
• Screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings and interviews
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to coordinate and conduct interviews when required
• Work closely with Hiring Managers on selection of candidates
• Perform reference checks of candidates
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers to shortlisted candidates, and briefing shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions
• Ensure that all recruitment and selection is done in accordance with the regulations

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder in Human Resource Management or other similar discipline  
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Available immediate or within short notice
