6 Months Contract HR Recruitment Executive: $2500 - $3000

· Sourcing for candidates using a variety of search methods/job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline
· Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings/interviews
· Working closely with HR Business Partners to coordinate and conduct interviews when required
· Working closely with Hiring Managers on selection of candidates
· Performing reference checks when required
· Facilitating the offer process by extending the offer to shortlisted candidates, and briefing shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions
· Ensuring that all recruitment and selection is done in accordance with Singapore employment laws and regulations

Requirements:
· Minimum. Degree/Diploma, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
· Relevant recruitment experience, with high volume rank & file hiring in the retail/F&B industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
