Job Description

HR Administrator (6 months Contract) - East

Job Scope:

  1. Process assigned tasks such as bi-monthly payroll, deductions and other related adjustments in a timely, accurate manner in adherence to Employment Laws and human resources policies.
  2. Upload and review payroll reports utilizing payroll, leave and time and attendance systems, and make corrections as required
  3. Orientate and register new users on Leave, Pay, Time and Attendance systems
  4. Support recruitment activities such as downloading of resumes, printing of onboarding materials, scheduling of interview, updating of tracker
  5. Coordinate and participate in any off-site recruitment activities
  6. Support in any human resources operational initiatives
  7. Attend and advise any employees’ queries relating to human resources policies and processes


  1. Diploma holder or equivalent; fresh Bachelor's degree in related field will be considered
  2. At least 2 years hands-on experience in payroll processing required
  3. Experience in handling general human resources activities in recruitment preferred
  4. Good computer skills including MS Office Suite and payroll related systems
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  6. Good problem-solving skills
  7. General knowledge and understanding of payroll processing procedures and time and attendance system
  8. General understanding of wage and hour and tax laws and processing garnishments and tax levies
  9. Ability to complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways
  10. Attention to detail
  11. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  12. Must be able to work in a team environment under limited supervision
