6 months contract Communications Specialist (PHARMA MNC) **IMMEDIATE**

• Mainly planning and coordination of employee events and communications
• Creating and managing the events' calendar
• Developing event concepts
• Engaging with vendors, immediate stakeholders as well as the Communications team  
• Coordinating logistical elements
• Creating/organizing/supporting communications material including videos for events
• Post-event reporting and follow-up
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing, Mass communcations, Business or any related field
• Min 4 years of relevant experience
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
