Job Description

Job scope:

  • Staff claims
  • Issuing cheques & vouchers
  • Get approval & signatures
  • Work with SSC to ensure all AP invoice are posted in SAP
  • Work with SSC to process payment
  • Follow up on dispute in AP invoice (Admin portion)
  • Bank reconciliation (check SSC work)
  • Assist SSC enquires on unidentified incoming/outgoing
  • Issuing Sales invoices/ Debit note/ Credit notes
  • bank in cheques
  • Ensure SSC process incoming clearing
  • Check on intercompany back charge
  • Follow up with customer on unclear AR
  • Monthly GL journals (partial)
  • Reconcile stock with distributor list
  • Closing stock adjustment
  • Resolve stock discrepancy with distributor
  • Update actual Marketing, R&D, SG&A into the file
  • Review financial SOP
  • Day to Day Administration including answering phone calls


  • Min Diploma in Business Admin/HR/ Accounts
  • Able to start work immediately
  • 1-2 years in Accounting experience
