6 months Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Up to $5000

• Prepare salary proposal for all new hires and salary reviews 
• Conduct market analysis and support annual salary survey to implement competitive salary package across the region
• Support in preparing job classifications and salary scale
• Participate in analysis of compensation and benefits within organisation
• Prepare industry competitive analysis, ment increases and salary structure
• Undertake Total Rewards projects that are aligned to business needs
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in HR Management
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
• Experience in Total Rewards in IT/ Shared services
• Able to commit immediately for 6 months
• Proficient in MS Office skills and HRIS
• Knowledge of Oracle is preferred
• Contract role
• Location: Lorong Chuan
