Summary:

• Based in the HR - Total Rewards Team
• Assisting with the compensation & beneifts

Job Scope:

• Preparation of salary proposal for all new hires
• Conducting market analysis and support annual salary survey reviews
• Support in prepration of jobs classfications and salary scale
• Analysis of compensation & beneifts within organisation
• Preparation of industry competitive analysis. merits increase and salary structure
• Assist with projects 
• Ad hoc dutiues

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business/ Human Resources with prior experiences handling compnesation & beneifts 
• Strong numerical and analystical skills
• Proficient with Excel & HRIS system is advantageous 
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate/ short notice candidate is preferred
