6 - 9 Months Contract Customer Service Associate: $1600 - $2200

• Support the staff with the daily engagement of the members of the public
• To connect with members by providing them with brochures, collaterals and welcome gifts
• Interact and engage customers on the services provided
• Assist with facilitation of mini activities
• Attend to all enquiries, feedback and complaints, and all related matters
• Assist in the registration of members

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holders
• Preferably 1 years of experience in the related field
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Available immediate or within short notice
