6 - 8 Months Contract Finance Manager: $5500 - $6500

 

• Perform consolidation for year-end and quarter-end, including non-wholly-owned subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures
• Review of reporting packs and deliverables submitted by subsidiary companies
• Prepare year-end and quarterly reporting packs for submissions, including variance analysis on the group’s financial results
• Handle year-end audit matters, accounting issues and preparation of year-end consolidated financial statements, including liaising with auditors, subsidiaries, tax and legal departments
• Prepare Group quarter-end reporting package templates to be circulated to subsidiaries, associates and joint-ventures and the company's reporting requirements
• Prepare presentation slides on financial results for internal management reporting purpose

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder and above
• Preferably 5 years experience in handling full set of accounts
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Available immediate or within short notice
