6 - 12 Months Contract HR Associate: $1800 - $2200

 

 

• Performs pre payroll checking
• Perform the main checker’s role during payroll run
• Submission of monthly CPF contributions
• Submission of leaves and claims
• Checking of yearly income tax and uploading of income tax
• Checking and keying in of sick leave records
• Processing of staff’s petty cash claims
• Prepare security access pass and medical cards for new joiners and staff
• Preparing of disbursement of insurance claims for follow up
• Monitoring of medical supplies, bottled drinking water and papers
• Assist in HR purchasing where necessary
• Preparations of new staff pack for new joiners
• Scheduling of interviews and sending out letters to interviewed candidates
• Assist in the various schemes
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

 

Requirements:

• Minimum A Levels and above
• Preferably 1 year of experience in the related field
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Available immediate or within short notice
