**My client is a global leader in the design and construction of Modules for the Hydrocarbons industry**

• Basic $2800-$4000 (Commensurate with experience)
• 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-530pm)
• Nearest MRT station: Boon Lay | Company trpt provided at Bukit Batok, JE & Boon Lay

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and compile all required information for subcontractors to submit accurate quotations including cost estimation.
• Follow up with subcontractor’s quotations, negotiate, select and make recommend to his superior for the appointment of respective sub-contractor to undertake the work.
• Issuance of Works Order with accurate information required for the work, to selected sub-contractors within the shortest time possible.
• To ensure the awarded price is within the budget or to achieve the optimum price level to increase profitability for the company.
• Handle all required legal documents with respect to Letter of Indemnity, Workmen Insurances, bank guarantees, etc.
• Handle any additional Claims or Contract Variations from subcontractors.
• To keep abreast of subcontracting news in the market on current market pricing and trends.
• Handle the evaluation and assessment of subcontractors and their facilities, in the
• form of audit, if required for out sourcing work.
• Verify that all details submitted in subcontractors’ invoices are correct as per Works Order.
• To compile Data Base and updates on new sub-con short list, latest man-hour rate and cost comparison.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• MIn. 2 years of exp in the relevant industry
• Familiar with MOM regulations concerning sub-contracting of work for Companies using foreign workers
• Singaporeans only
