4 Months Contract Customer Service Officer (Property): $2600 - $2800

 

• Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information
• Conduct unit handover to owners
• Ensure defects rectification is completed within the stipulated timeline by liaising with the main contractor and owners on rectification works
• Arrange joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary
• Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other areas
• Ensure Owners’ complaints are resolved satisfactorily

 

 Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Available immediate or within short notice
