4 - 6 Months Contract Customer Service Officer (L/C): $4500 - $5000

• Ensuring contact to Cash Order processes in an accurate and timely manner
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team on plant and stock point on shipping and any issues related to shipping
• Communicate with various internal and external customers
• Understanding of customers’ requirements and order process and establishing an outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors
• Ensure that all LC and Shipping document submissions to banks or customers with zero discrepancy within the stipulated timeframe
• Be involved in Business Improvement projects

 

 Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holders
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience
• Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Available immediate or within short notice
