Job Description

Our company are expanding and we are looking for experience staffs to join our ranks. 2 Immediate Vacancies available.

Benefits: Allowances, Annual Increment, Bonus, OT payable, etc

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5.45PM


Job Duties

  • Planning, organizing and controlling of overall warehouse operations
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of employees
  • Manpower planning and deployment to ensure smooth warehouse activities
  • Create procedures such as Standard of Operations to meet objectives
  • Oversee document recording and data entry into system
  • Liaise with customer on Safety, Quality and Productivity requirements on a daily basis. 
  • Attend respective meeting, discussion and patrol pertaining to above
  • To investigate and solve customer’s complaint or non-conformities. 

Job Requirements

  • Experienced/ Knowledgeable in :
    • Drafting SOPs
    • ISO Audits
    • Incident/ KPI report writing
    • Risk Assessment
    • Root-Cause Analysis / CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action)
    • TAPA/ GMP/ GDP and other relevant certifications
