3 Months Temp Call Centre Manager: $25 - $30/hr

• Supervise the temps for the daily tasks assigned and progress.
• Support the Management of Hotline’s daily performance and progress, action items to follow-up.
• Support the review of  Hotline’s performance for improvement and prepare periodic performance reporting.
• Attend to escalated cases to top management

Requirements:

• Has prior call centre and supervisory experience
• Able to commit for 4 months 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
