3 Months Temp Call Centre Manager: $25 - $30/hr
- Supervise the temps for the daily tasks assigned and progress.
- Support the Management of Hotline’s daily performance and progress, action items to follow-up.
- Support the review of Hotline’s performance for improvement and prepare periodic performance reporting.
- Attend to escalated cases to top management
- Has prior call centre and supervisory experience
- Able to commit for 4 months
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
