Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Managing, monitoring and ensuring that the employees’ information in the HRIS system are entered accurately
  • Recruitment activities, process, screening and coordination of systems/employees/hiring managers
  • Providing support on recruitment matters as and when necessary
  • Onboarding, Campus Outreach and workforce administration
  • Payroll processing, validation and financial reports/ including budget, grants, record keeping and tax matters
  • Providing support on payroll matters as and when necessary
  • HR mobility and remotes management for service agreements and yearly exercises
  • Employee relations, welfare, advisory and communications
  • Talent Management & development activities
  • Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs
  • Involved in APAC wide project implementation and learn about data migration, project management of HR systems
  • Assist and oversee the processing of all HR related invoices
  • Responsible for procurement matters in the HR team and keeping records of all HR welfare matters
  • Administering and coordinating of exit interview process
  • Updating the Employee Handbook, HR policies, chatbot and related procedures
  • Managing the HRIS system and various HR tools on process improvements
  • Overseeing day to day operations
  • Involve in identifying gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes
  • necessary to establish good HR practices
  • Upkeep employees’ personal files and records
  • Maintain leave record for Singapore and other APAC countries (as applicable)
  • Insurance (employee, travel and office) administration, process statutory/staff claims, work pass application/renewal and tracking of benefits-in-kind for tax filing purposes
  • Preparing HR reports and employment related letters
  • Other adhoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Min diploma/degree in HR or business or with 1-2 years of experience
