3 months contract to perm Healthcare Assistant (Day Care) **IMMEDIATE** - OFFICE HOURS

• Taking and monitoring of vital signed
• Glucose monitoring
• Serving food and drinks during meal times
• Interacting, talking and exercising with elderly
• Have to lift up / support elderly to the toilet as they might be physically disabled.
• Perform tasks and daily activities with the elderly according to the care plans developed by clinical team
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client’s conditions and interventions and support development and review of care plans
• Conduct activities for clients to promote independence, health, wellness and quality of life

Requirements: 

• Min GCE N/O levels
• Nitec in Community Care & Social services would be advantageous
• Training provided, must have passion to serve the elderly and comfortable to handle dementia patients
