3 months Contract Admin Assistant
- Administrative support in overseas conferences including but not limited to: booking of flights, hotel accommodation & land transfers, sourcing for F&B venues in foreign countries, travel schedule collation, generating agreements and correspondence based on given templates.
- Administrative support in the organisation of Sales/Marketing activities including but not limited to: booking of venues for talks, collating RSVP and attendance list for talks, making reminder calls to attendees.
- Assisting in the organisation of internal company events and Corporate Social Responsibility events.
- Collating & sending out company newsletters, mailers & correspondence.
- Sending out Marketing email blasts and other promotional content.
- Drafting of letters and filing maintenance.
- Opening of office and welcoming visitors to the office.
- Answering phone calls and handling company inquiries.
- Coordinating employee travel arrangements and payments.
- Local and overseas courier arrangements.
- Office housekeeping and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in a related position
- MS Office and Internet proficiency
- Meticulous and organised with a keen eye for detail
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with initiative
- Multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to prioritise
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently
