3 months Bank Call Centre Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls for collection purposes
• Chasing for outstanding loans
• Negotiating payment plans with customer
• Overseeing of daily operations activities
• Verifying of documents and documenting it along with preparing of weekly progress reports
• Consolidation of data and inputting into system
• Other adhoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels and above
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Immediate notice preferred
